Summary: My family had a wonderful time while staying in this lovely apartment. It is very clean and spacious. The appointment is close to everything! The only thing is we weren’t sure how to make the hot water work in the bathroom sinks. It was not a big deal anyway we had a wonderful time.

Summary: This place is listed as sleeping 10. It does not comfortably sleep 10. There are three queen beds. One very uncomfortable futon. One cot that did not stay up. Had to put the very thin mattress on the floor for that. Two queen size air mattresses. One of which deflated during the night. Asked for a new air mattress on our 2nd day and got it late the night before we checked out (found it sitting outside the front door the morning we were checking out) There was not enough bedding for all of the beds. The roof leaked into one of the bedrooms. I texted the owner and did not get a response. I had to call the next morning. I was told someone would be there to fix it that day. That person did not show up until the day after that. We did not get check in information until 11 AM the day of our trip, while we were traveling there. The layout of the condo is nice. The train is a 15 minute walk.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this 3 bdrm 3.5 bath property. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Manager was nice and receptive. Neighborhood is eclectic - check out Aurora Market for groceries and Tabla for excellent food. Both within walking distance.

Summary: It was my first time renting a VRBO. We loved the place. It was beautiful, the rooms were big and roomy. It had everything we needed. A quiet neighborhood, about a mile from the Columbia Heights Metro Station. About 10-15 minutes from the National Mall and other DC attractions.

Summary: This was a good location for our visit. The area was quiet and easy to navigate. A 15 minute walk to the Columbia Heights Metro station was perfect and easy transport into DC proper. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us.
